Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage, also known as deep tissue massage, is patterned and purposeful massage specifically structured to relieve excess tension from muscles. I use techniques from the Swedish and myofascial release traditions to peel back muscle tension layer by layer and release long held pain and patterning.
